The Victim/Witness Service Provider assists victims of crimes and witnesses to crimes through counseling and referrals to available victim support programs. The VWSP also works in conjunction with all law enforcement agencies in Kent County, the Kent County State's Attorney and the courts in order to ensure that victims and witnesses are appropriately served. The VWSP is now located in the State's Attorney's Office, 205 Cannon Street, Suite 2, Chestertown, MD 21620 and can be reached by calling 410-810-2264.
